Not new to the Real Estate Industry, my first experience was working with a real estate marketing company as a marketing representative helping homeowners market and sell their own homes. It was during that time that I realized the many intricacies of the industry and saw how homeowners could most definitely benefit from the services of a Licensed Real Estate Professional.  I am also an Administrator of a Financial Services and Mortgage Broker company where we focus on financing for first time home buyers.  My devotion to assisting clients achieve maximum value from their investments is what drew me to One Percent Realty East Inc. and its commission structure as it helps homeowners keep more of the their hard built equity.
