Some people question if our listings are shown and sold by other real estate agents. The reality is that if the listing is properly priced and well presented, then there is no such thing as a boycott. In fact, consistently over 80% of our listings are sold by Cooperating real estate agents from other Brokerages.

We Provide Training and Support

Since we hire many new agents, or agents with limited experience from previous brokerages, we know exactly what they need to succeed and do things the right way. Our Managing Brokers have years of experience and ensure agents have the tools and support needed to thrive. We provide ongoing training and support and offer the assistance necessary for success. In addition to traditional classroom training, we focus on one-on-one practical experience, allowing you to apply your knowledge in real-world situations. After all, the best way to learn is by doing.

There’s also a strong sense of camaraderie and support among our agents, as business tends to come more easily with the One Percent Realty model.

Our Offices

You won’t find a fancy office with our name on the door, nor a large boardroom where REALTORS® gather over coffee. What you will find is a thriving business with exceptional support. If you’re looking to get into real estate, sell properties, and earn a great income without years of grinding, give us a call. We don’t have the high office overhead, which means we don’t need to pass on hefty fees to our agents.

Leads

The One Percent Realty model, combined with our strong national brand, generates a steady stream of listing leads and referrals. Sellers visit our website, browse local agent profiles, and choose the agent they want to work with. Experienced agents who join us are often amazed at how easily they can generate business. Some potential sellers even contact our office directly, requesting a market evaluation for their home. These listing leads are then distributed to our active agents at no cost.

Buyer Deals

A significant portion of a real estate agent's commission income comes from representing buyers. While our marketing program is primarily designed to generate listings, those listings naturally bring in buyer leads. You'll receive inquiries from potential buyers on your active listings and from your sellers who become buyers themselves—every agent's favorite type of buyer. In these transactions, you earn the commission as offered by the sellers on the MLS® system. Additionally, some of our agents choose to offer a buyer rebate to attract even more buyer deals. We leave this marketing decision to each agent's discretion.

The Ideal Candidate

If you have an open mind to the changes in the real estate industry and want to stay busy selling homes while earning a solid income, then you're an ideal candidate for One Percent Realty. Whether you're new to real estate or already established in your community, our structure allows us to quickly secure listing appointments for you. Once you have a property listed and it's priced right, it will sell. In listing appointments, you'll have a distinct advantage over the local competition, thanks to the One Percent Realty commission structure and our proven national program.

Operating as a One Percent Realty agent is simple. Your personal cell phone number is used on your 'For Sale' signs and business cards. Our agents work remotely from their own homes or cars, utilizing smartphones and computers, while staying in constant contact with our administration office via phone and email.

How Much Can I Earn?

Our agent's don't focus on the commission they earn on a single deal, but rather they focus on what they earned and kept at the end of the year. What do our agents earn per year? Let’s just say discount commission does not translate into a discount income - it is quite the opposite. We don't charge our working agents any monthly office fees and operational overhead at 1% is a small fraction of what traditional agents will spend to generate the same amount of business. Higher sales volume, keep 100% of your commission, lower overhead = very good income (and happy clients).

How Does the Brokerage Make Money?

For every sale you do, you pay the Brokerage a fee per transaction. The fees are: $550 for sold listings, $650 for a sold double end, and $750 for a sold Buyer commission transaction. We thrive on your success and hope you close many deals. Your success is our success!
